I’ve seen one other crafter use the peat pots. Yours are so beautiful but the fact you did a cone shape with them is pure genius.I love how you taking the nests apart and using them. It adds just the prefect finishing touch. Love every piece you did. Just gorgeous.😊❤

I'm so excited Erin. I have 2 of my little granddaughters this weekend and we are doing peat pots. I had seen making your own decoupage papers and always forget about it. You're just a genius and have impeccable timing. I made some this week with molds, but really wanted something else . Erin, you came along with exactly what I needed. Such beautiful projects! You are always a pleasure to watch! Heading to the Dollar Store in a bit to grab some of those and be creative. I also bought some 4/$1 flower seed packets to try and make some “bouquets” using thin dowels. I work with low income families and thought some of those fake bouquets might be a nice decoration or gift to use in their homes. Easy enough for older kids to do. Absolutely love, love, love your project. But,I can’t keep up with all these paint changes. You used Dixie Bell paints,now new brand. Could you please compare & name a Dixie Bell color too for us who have invested lots of this paint. Thank you

Thank you. Unfortunately Dixie Belle became too expensive for us here in Australia so I was very glad to find a more affordable alternative in Paint Couture & they have more craft based products. Dixie Belle also have a page on their website called ‘colour lab’ where you can add photos of the paint you’re trying to achieve and it tells you the DB alternatives.
