How would be the Juniper Command equivalent to Cisco "no Shutdown"? ive have a problem in wich i dont know if the interfaces are burned down or just not enable.

You forgot "set system root-authentication plain-text-password" for adding new password , otherwise in some Juniper switches won't finish the commit (in the first part of the video)

good video but my command on the ex2300 was not "set interfaces ge-0/1/0 unit 0 family ethernet-switching port-mode trunk" it was unit 0 family ethernet-switching interface-mode trunk

stuck already at com4. Says i have no com4. I plugged the rj45 cable into the management port in the back of my juniper ex4200-48ptx switch.

COM4 is the COM port on the computer where the USB to Serial adapter is connected. You'll want to check your connected hardware and see which COM port your USB to Serial adapter registered. The COM number will be change depending on where you connect your adapter. Worst case, you can try different COM numbers (starting at COM1 and working up) until you get a connection.
