Crystal clear water rolling over smooth stones, a hundred different scents wafting from lovingly prepared dishes, a shared love & joy permeating from each familiar yet distant face, the sounds of sweet voices dancing with guitars inspired by God & family. The sweetest times of my youth were stitched together by reunion of family and inspired songs such as this. How beautiful a thing, music, that can bring closer what was already love bound.
The Issacs are so talented. Great harmonies and fantastic musicians. Sonyas voice is one of the best today. The sister, who plays rhythm guitar is just a natual at playing rhythm. Ben is an excellent bass player too.
Sonya has a true Bluegrass sound. Love all of the Isaacs, but I do look forward to the songs where she is the lead singer as her voice hits my heart. But, without her mom and siblings, the song would not be so impactful!
I could listen to these amazing singers for hours. What rich harmonies - and the sparkle of their genuine faith comes through in each song. Treasures for the soul.
It brought Tears to my eyes to hear such a wonderful spiritually felt delivery of my Steel Guitar Teacher's(Tom Brumley) Dad's(Albert E Brumley) Song he wrote describing what Heaven is like for our Loved ones that have passed and what it will look like when we meet them again one day. Thank you to The Isaacs for this.
Great singing, Thanks for coming by Ft. Smith, Arkansas last fall my cousin and I em joyed your performance. Kenny Sexton is my younger brother. Bless you guys.
I love The Isaacs they are a good gospel group the song is being sung now prettiest flowers

There's a story in the bible somewhere, about Jesus repaying this guy for his hospitality ( I think ). So, the oil and flour never ran out, no matter how much he used. That's like my life now he smacked me round the head and made me wake up, to myself. I don't buy Lotto, or gamble, I'm retired, but always good food to eat. All bills paid on time. Even my pets seem to understand. Thank you Jesus..
That was Elijah the prophet. You can find the story in 1 Kings. This was a widow that God sent Elijah to. It is a very great story about faith, trust and the mighty power of God. Peace be with you.
Hello, I think I can agree with that. I guess some people have special talent when it comes to music. My name is Donald Mayer. I just thought I'd send you a reply. I enjoy Southern Gospel music and contemporary Christian music. If you want to reply to me, you may do so.
Every time I hear the singing Cooks sing it brings back memories from years ago it was 1970 when I first seen The singing Cooks in the church at givens Ohio then the 1980s I seen The singing Cooks again
The Isaacs Gospel Singing and Instrument playing are such a BLESSING to hear😊. On a separate note, did you know that the ONLY man made thing in Heaven are the scars in Jesus hands, feet, side and where the crown of thorns was pushed/shoved down on HIS head? wado,Ann Benson.
The Prettiest Flowers Will Be Blooming was written in Flemish. Ivan Parker and I wrote the song on our 25th anniversary in 1997. I had Hepatitis C at that time.
I know how ya feel. I’m 18 and everyone my age listens to crazy contemporary and “Christian” rap. No one understands my love for southern gospel and especially the Isaacs.
Why is there no acknowledgement on this song that it was written by Albert Brumley? If the composer is not stated it will be assumed that the Gaithers wrote it, most likely, and that is not so. I want to see the real composer of the song get proper acknowledgement!
@@tonypike5785 Very true! I would say that this is what we as believers have to recover: The sense of being close to God, so that God can bless us as well!
Albert E Brumley wrote so many fantastic songs I do a weekly radio show and if I see Brumley in the songwriter credits the song goes in the list. The best Melodies, the most clever and clear lyrics and every song with a meaningful message.
@@afpwebworks You've stated what it is that makes Mr. Brumley so usable to the Christian community! Best wishes with your broadcasting; I think it would be great to be able to hear it!
Thank GOD I’m saved and going home!!! Hallelujah praise GOD!!! I will see it all
Whew! When they get to the line " And the prettiest robes and crowns we'll all be wearing" Mercy. Gets me every time. Glory to God!
Man, this makes me cry every time. Sonya has a voice that goes past the ears to the heart
Man, God always blesses me and my family through their music. Praise God for ever and ever!!!!!!!
So beautiful. I’m in the hospital with Covid 19. The songs are everything ❤️

I’m like the only 14 year old listening to this
I know how ya feel. I’m 18 and everyone my age listens to crazy contemporary and “Christian” rap. No one understands my love for southern gospel and especially the Isaacs.
I’ve grown up listening to the Isaacs. And I’m 31. Keep listening. 👏🏻❤️
Is that Hovie Lister at 1:47 on the other side of Connie?
+Missy Wiley No wait, I think it's Claude Hopper.
Sonya's voice is pure Gold but wouldn't mind if she couldn't sing a note.

I am with you Sir Songs of today just don’t convey any message the old timers i think were closer to God so God blessed their songs for all the ages.

The pretties thing here IS Sonya I just love you
My dear wife is experiencing this.
HOW I WOULD LIKE THIS MUSIC TO BE IN ENGLISH
No reference in the Bible about “Mansions” or “Fragrant Flowers”
(j/s)
,but if it is not against him?
"In my Fathers house are many MANSIONS, if it were not so I would have told you"
SPOKEN BY JESUS....
Read your bible again mister, it seems that there are mentions in the bible about mansions !!!!!!😄😄😄
Amen
