I liked it overall, but the mud is too much. The Panzer II is better in that regard.

Sehr schön gemacht, ohne Frage.
Nur ist der Matsch einerseits ( Ketten+Laufwerk ) zu stark/viel und es fehlt der hochgespritzte Schlamm auf den Kettenblechen+der Wannenseite.
Und ein PII dieser Ausführung hat es nie nach Afrika geschafft. Südliche Ostfront passt da deutlich besser.

Are those really panzer 1 and 2?

Pz.I Neu Arte & Pz.II Neu Arte. Both had 80mm. of frontal armour and 50mm. sides & rear armour. They were intended for reconnaissance & infantry support in street fighting. The Germans lost 25 Pz.I Neu Arte tanks at Stalingrad, when the German forces there surrendered.
