- Learn the Sei Hei Ki symbol in a relaxed and meditative way. Getting to know the Sei Hei Ki vibration and integrating it helps you to tune into the energy of Sei Hei Ki and makes your healing practice more powerful.
Sei Hei Ki means 'the earth and sky meet' or 'man and his creator become one'. It is a balancing symbol and in particular, brings balance to the mental and emotional aspects of ourselves.
The symbol is broken down into three parts, working left to right.
In this meditative practice, you will practice drawing the symbol and committing it to memory before tuning in to the vibratory energy of Sei Hei Ki.
