Yeah, I actually am enjoying the Devil Banishers as enemies so far. None of them could take on Asta or Noel in a head on fight so they use anything necessary. They aren't like most other villains I've seen who are so drunk on their own power that they don't decide to use it all until they're losing already.
*Also, to everyone saying that Asta, Nero, and Noelle should've beat them easily, you have to take into account that they were already training hard before they arrived, and they could've been tired and were not able to fight in full power. Plus, they were all caught off guard, no one expected them to be bad people.*

Nero removing Asta's tracking device and taking it was the smartest thing to do in this situation. As soon as she puts it on, it disappears, so these people won't know that she has a tracker to begin with.

Limits and fatigue from induced poison is different from normal fatigue. Also she clearly could barely talk after getting gassed or move her hands.
She was drugged and only had seconds of consciousness. Besides the sleep gas wasn't magical so she couldn't have been able to seal it
