Sir I have a doubt in one of your videos of Quartile you said Q1 formula is N÷4 for Q2 2×N÷4 and for Q3 3×n÷4 but also in your another quartile video you said formula for Q1 is N+1 ÷ 4 for Q2 2×N+1 ÷ 4 and for Q3 3×N+1÷4 so which formula is right sir?

For individual Series
Q1=(N+1)/4
Q2=2(N+1)/4
Q3 =3(N+1)/4
For discrete Series same
Q1=(N+1)/4
Q2=2(N+1)/4
Q3 =3(N+1)/4
For continuous series
Q1=N/4
Q2=2(N/4)
Q3 =3(N/4)

1. Skewness is sensitive to outliers. A few extreme values can significantly affect the skewness measure, making it less useful for heavily skewed datasets with outliers.
2. Skewness is affected by the sample size. Small sample sizes may not accurately reflect the true skewness of the population distribution.
3. Skewness does not provide information about the shape of the tails of the distribution. Therefore, it may not be suitable for identifying heavy-tailed or light-tailed distributions.
👉Limitations of kurtosis:-
There is no upper limit to the kurtosis of a general probability distribution, and it may be infinite
👉Delimitation of skewness and kurtosis:-
Skewness and kurtosis can be analyzed through descriptive statistics. Acceptable values of skewness fall between − 3 and + 3, and kurtosis is appropriate from a range of − 10 to + 10

Q1 = 1* (n+1)/4 =1*(10+1)/4 = 11/4 =2.75
= 2nd term+0.75*(3rd term -2nd term)
=13+0.75(13-12)
=13+0.75*1
=13.75 answer
If n=12 then
Q1 = 1* (n+1)/4 =1*(12+1)/4 = 13/4 =3.25
= 3rd term+0.25*(4rth term -3rd term)
=16+0.25(17-16)
=16+0.25*1
=16.25 answer
