- There are few things more fun in life than opening up booster packs of Pokemon Cards. However, despite how much fun it is, it can be a gamble that results in euphoria, or disappointment. Many times, we open booster packs digging for ultra rares or secret rares to add to our collection. BUT what about all the other cards in the booster pack?
Many times, we open booster packs and just throw the remaining cards in a pile and forget about them. These cards pile up collecting dust over time with no real use. However, you can use your excess Pokemon bulk in many different ways that can help further your collection goals!

Another amazing and informative video! Just started collecting again since early 2000s. Most of my "bulk" are vintage, so I probably won't be trading them in bulk. Since I just started collecting again, it's fun to keep my ES/FS bulk to admire the artwork and see what's changed in the game since I last collected.
This is the video i needed in my life! I was just talking about resale of bulk and now i know i need to sort through them and remove the value cards. Great tip on sorting as you go, i do that now so its easier to find pokemon to put in my deck!

I love your channel!! Always so informative. I sort my cards by set then followed by common, uncommon, trainers and then rares. I do the same with the holos and reverse holos. Yes it does take a little extra time, but I prefer it that way. I like my cards as organized as possible.

I go to Lowe’s and buy Blue Hawk 5-in x 1000-ft Stretch Wrap used for moving to cling wrap cards. It has a handle and is just the right size! Love your videos!

I give all my bulk away to my friends and family kids, got the idea from Leonheart but I give it directly to the kids :) it warms my heart when my bulk consists of holos - rainbow and they freak out

I use the medium flat rate box. Had a good experience with The Colosseum selling my bulk. I sort my cards when I open packs too. Great tips.

Great video… I’ve been counting and packaging bulk into packs of 100 and just storing them in a medium flat rate box. Hoping for better bulk prices soon. I have been setting aside rares and cards I think are cool (I call my cool commons). But also setting aside trainer cards until I look them up. Geez the market is nuts on bulk. By the time you ship, it is barely worth the effort. Is there a market to selling bulk code cards i have hoarded. I just don’t have time to sell individually.

This is really useful. I just started to collect Pokemon cards and I'm accumulating too many bulk. I'm not sure if I'll sell as bulk or is it better to sell as singles. The shipping isn't worth it for buyers for sure.

New to the channel, thanks for disseminating good information. I'm (relatively) old and have only cards from the original series (base, fossil, jungle, base 2, rocket, gyms) - some are in good condition, some are in played condition. Some are obviously worth something (i.e holo base set Blastoise) and some are less obvious (15 base set electric energy). Do you have videos about what one can do with older cards like this? Even the ones of obvious value seem to need to be graded and authenticated to have much value, which costs $100 per card these days. Thanks!
Lol, I keep sorting out drizziles and other over 75 cent cards. I find it so time consuming to list though. Then if it finally sells I have to dig them out of whatever hiding place I put them into! Lol (First world problems!)
I used to sell/trade my bulk, but I stopped getting rid of all of it and started packing it away. Gonna have fun sorting it soon...but still not gonna get rid of it yet. Could be part of the foundation's of my future on line store, who knows

Great vid and info as always Danny! Question about your bulk submission specifically… using a large USPS flat rate box, I can fit 6000 cards wrapped in bundles of 100. Is it possible to have 4000 of them be C/UC toward a booster box and the other 2000 be sent for cash? I’ll be honest, I usually go through Safari Zone but with them being closed for nearly 2 months now (!!) I want to ship out at least one of the full boxes I have… and 4k C/UC for an evolving skies booster box is a pretty sweet deal!

I also put my rares & holos in a binder. I am a new collector so I wanted to stay organized from the beginning.

@Danny Phantump I love these videos you create, I thought of the question, *"What is better, selling Singles or, selling Booster Packs/Booster Boxes?"*
In a normal marker, singles will give you the best return, but in the past year, sealed boxes will generate the best margins with how demand has been
We use them as background in frames for Jumbo card displays. We made a video on our page if you want to see what we did with some of our bulk.

I can confirm the 4,500 cards in the medium flat rate boxes! I actually have 2 boxes full sitting around while I'm waiting for places to start accepting bulk again (I usually use Safari Zone). I've never packaged up my cards with cling wrap or anything like that, I literally just stack them as is in the box...I do sort/count them first and stack them so that the same types generally stay together, I've never had any issues up to this point (no deductions, only minor delays on getting paid).
Yup just sold 9k Bulk took exactly 2 flat rate boxes
