Hey! During the technical round, there were a lot of questions regarding what I’ve studied in my bachelors degree, some practical analysis of a situation given on the spot, market analysis, decision making ability, potential scenarios that I would have to juggle during my tenure, basics of marketing, sales pitch, strategy, company understanding etc. hope this helped!
Hi, so for me as I was a fresher, and I had only completed my bachelors degree, I got a sales manager I position. After MBA, you can probably expect positions like Sales manager II or KAM, that’s Key account manager, cluster head, city head etc depending upon your qualification, experience and skills! Work life balance is honestly alright, decent. There will be days where you’ll even end up working for 10-12 hours a day, however there will be days you’ll work for your normal timings and get the work done incase there’s not a lot of bulk and pressure to be cleared! So it also depends on how you manage your time and energy and schedule things accordingly so that you can get done in the working hours!
Thanks Purva, I got selected in swiggy for the sales manager role, i had 4 rounds in one day and they said you got selected, I want to know when they provide an offer letter to me and can tell about the allowance and leave facilities
Hi, that’s great to know! Congratulations! They will probably send you the offer letter in a couple of days. And about the monthly travel allowance, it is reimbursable upto 10,000 rupees. Leave facilities are good, I think they provide 30-35 paid leaves in a year! I’m not sure about the exact number but it’s according to corporate standards. Hope this helped!

Practice Common Questions: Prepare answers for typical interview questions (e.g., "Tell me about yourself," "Why should we hire you?"). Hey! I’m glad that you liked the video. So to answer your question, they have 2-3 round of interviews. In the technical round, you can expect questions around your education, knowledge, skill set, sales and marketing related, could also be around excel, or the sales and marketing industry etc. this round will make the company understand if you’re the right fit for the company based completely off your past experience, knowledge and expertise. The other interview is an HR interview, where in the HR would ask you questions about your own self. Your strengths, weaknesses, your ability to travel for work, ctc in the previous organization, personal details about you or your background if necessary, negotiation regarding CTC, leave cycle, benefits of working in this particular company, hierarchy structure etc. these are points that’ll be discussed. And the skills or strengths you need to hone to be better at this role would be to have a proactive approach, to have great communication skills, a strong understanding of sales, an open mind to learn and grasp, very good excel knowledge, patient and flexible to work under timelines and targets, someone who can travel around the city and an ability to get shit done! 💪🏼 I would say these are the things you should keep in mind, as these are the kind of people they look for! Mam what is the salary of sales manager 2 sales in swiggy company
Hi! I was Sales Manager I, and I’ve mentioned mine in the video.. I’m assuming for Sales Manager II, it would be 2-3LPA more.
I want to become sales manager too maam so please guide me 🙏🙏
Please watch this video till the end & even ‘a day in my life as a sales manager’ video. It is uploaded on my channel. You will gain a lot of knowledge regarding this domain. Hope this helps!
@@purvabhumak thank you ma'am
Hi Purva, can you please also tell if Swiggy employees get free coupons 😅
Haha no! They don’t 😅
Your accent is very attractive.
Thank you!!
Mam what is sales manager 2 sales in swiggy
It’s just a type of designation! Sales manager 1 and sales manager 2. To my knowledge and understanding, it’s just a difference of maybe seniority. 1 happens to be entry level and 2 is just the next position after that! Hope that helped.
Nice video helfull❤
I’m glad! ☺️

Interview process pe bhi ek video banao please
I had 3 rounds of interviews, the first 2 rounds were pretty practical & data based, we were asked a lot of questions 1 on 1 and put into situations, it was to check our basic knowledge and presence of mind. The 3rd round was an HR round, that was more personal & you get to know a lot more about the company too!
Mam mera bhi job bhi lgwalo appne company me
Haha I wish mere haath mei hota, I would’ve helped everyone! But unfortunately, aapko hi apne efforts daalne hoge!
