One day in the life of a young girl in a Ukrainian village. Cooking Shakshuka on a bonfire

Today I work in the village and make the space in the yard cozier. This is my great grandmother's old house. Painting the fence is a tiring but very interesting activity. It's nice to see the result of your work. For lunch, I decided to cook Shakshuka on the fire. This is a very tasty and healthy dish that is quite easy to prepare.
Shakshuka recipe:
- onion
- tomatoes
- sweet pepper
- garlic
- tomato juice
- Parmesan
- eggs
- mozzarella
- salt, pepper, cumin
- cilantro, avocado
- bread for serving
