Hello lovely family welcome to the #esp2 of our Jollof rice series today I will show you the easiest way to make beef Jollof rice this recipe turns head and I hope you love it as much as I do .

Ingredients ;
1kg jasmine rice
A tbs of tomato paste
2 canned chopped tomatoes ( use 500g fresh tomatoes )
2 habanero pepper ( to your preference)
700g beef (meat from cow)
2 big golden onions
1 big red onion
4 stripes of spring onions
Red ball peppers
1 Anaheim pepper
Spices ~
1 tbs aniseed
1 tbs Rosemary
1 tsb coriander seeds
1 tbs curry powder
1 tsp nutmeg powder
2 grains of selim
5 cloves of garlic
A thumb of ginger
Salt to taste
4 dried bay leaves
Vegetable cooking oil
