Madam pls guide me. I hav 50 emps. They joind us on different dates and different years. They hav different salaries and different designation. Their salaries hav noted against their names in different columns as per their date of arrival. My question is: how can i write their basic salaries (already noted) against their names in same sheet in another column through formula. Is it possible or manually writing is better than formula.
