This reminds me of the walks I used to take in the hilly Bronx in NYC. It is interesting that everyone have on the masks outdoors. In America they are mainly used indoors and outdoors if in tight crowds- which is why we probably will not get rid of the virus in the US for years.

Kigali is a shining example of what other Africans could have if they organised their collective efforts into caring for their neighborhoods. Africa might be poor, but it doesn't have to be polluted
