I just wanna say something I dnt have a Facebook, Twitter and or MySpace. here lately I've been seeking knowledge of self and I think alot of us black people look to others to validate our worth....when we should spend time alone to discover (thyself)...and the power within. we are distracted by the media and always trying to find ways to fit in...instead or trying to find ways to stand out.... I would encourage everyone to go on a spiritual clense to connect with your true self...we must learn how to create balance from withing I love this poem n what it is saying but as a black women we can't always spend time building up a man while we are constantly being left behind... nowadays we have baby thugs and men too busy trying to be females convincing themselves that they were born this way... black women trying to be the ultimate super woman on steroids physically and dead to the world spiritually. smh only a few will get what I'm saying or thrying to say... others will find ways to criticize and pick apart every word to try to prove a point oh well such is life.... I hope that those few chosen one wake up in time.... love and peace
