Me too. Since Ben got hurt, my friends and I always thought Mason deserved a shot. But they kept looking for reasons not to. From what I saw, if we would have put a really good team around him, he might have really shined. And he would have worked for less, making it easier to bring in other star players.
@jameysummers1577 Even a few years back, we couldn't understand why he wasn't given a fair chance. Considering the team he had around him, I thought he did very well when he was in.
His senior years at Oklahoma State, Mason Rudolph won both the Sammy Baugh Trophy as the nation's top college passer and the Johnny Unitas Gold Arm Award as the nation's best college quarterback. Steelers General Mgr Kevin Colbert said they had him tagged as a first-rounder. Then, all of the sudden, he couldn't play quarterback?
No it’s not Rudolph has no problem throwing the ball down field dude has a cannon for an arm his problem in the burgh was pocket awareness and reading defenses I’m a die hard Steelers fan and the kid didn’t get a fare shake in Pitt. Don’t be surprised if he takes will levis job at some point
Steelers fan here he will be good we never gave him a fair shake! Feel bad
Same here. I’ll be keeping up on the Titans. I’m hoping to see him get to play again. Our Dumb Steelers
Mike and the team didn't care.He has freedom now and won't be in Ben's shadow NO more watch him go to the bowl
@@BigBrand777 I hope they get their. Hopefully no more flops either. That was horrible what happened with the Bears.
Wish you the best Mason.
Rudolph is looking like the man out there. Finally!Proud of you former Steelers brother
Rudolph will take over starting QB position before end of season.
I miss my QB. #Steelers

@@Stratcatblue Tomlin dropped the ball in a lot of ways. Mason is miles better that elderly Wilson and inept Fields.

@@martinrobbins1207 I hate how the Steelers handled Mason. He should've been next up and shouldn't have drafted Kenny
Thats my QB #steelers
Mason R will always be my favorite QB as a steeler fan, he'll be great .
Steelers fan here, I wanted him as our qb
Rudolph
When he has protection, he can sling it. Not sure if he was playing with 1’s or 2’s in these highlights.
His salary dictates he's QB2.
He stares down too long at times
Longest pass 13 yds, which is why they ran him out of the Burgh
