I find it creepy and amusing that Beetlejuice seems to not have stopped wanting Lydia to be his new Wife for over 30years...at least she's an adult now
Haha agreed but I also feel like it was kind of a trick in some way. In the first movie he said something about wanting out of the Neitherworld permanently and he could only do that if he got married. Will be interesting to see where they take it.
Kate's dad from The Gremlins! I thought that too! She states he was missing for weeks and weeks. She says she "tried to start a fire", then noticed the smell. So he could have decomposed for a few weeks, then the heat and smoked dried up his skin and got soot all over the suit. If he'd been burned, the suit would have too. Also BJ is the Afterlife Call Center manager according to his sign on his desk.
Monica's character has a finger missing u can see it during her name shot its also her RING finger! So yh shes absolutely his wife and i think shes PISSED at him😂
I noticed her missing finger toward the end so it is for sure the "wife" he mentions in the first movie. I can't believe they are building on that small part but that is such a great idea. Really excited for this.
Winona Ryder looks great. She doesn't look like a teenager. Nobody looks the same after almost 40 years. People said the same thing about Patrick Stewart forever. No, he's clearly much older now. Keaton doesn't look younger. That's absurd. Look at him in the original. He's clearly much younger there. He was in his mid 30s. He's now in his early 70s. It's not possible to look the same and you especially don't look younger. We should stop denying that people age. I know it's uncomfortable to acknowledge because we age too but it's just the truth. The only way to avoid it is to croak so if you're alive you are aging. They all look older now. That's okay. They *are* older. Of course they don't look the same or younger. It's okay. We can acknowledge that these people have aged with us and this will be a new unique experience that we can appreciate for what it is
Yes they have aged but still look great and are easily recognized as their faces have not drastically changed and look "the same" in that sense, chill out.

Is Danny Devito THE TRASH MAN in Beetle? An "Always Sunny In Philadelphia" Easter Egg
It could be. Seems like he's a janitor or something. Would be funny if Monica Bellucci's character called him The Trash Man or something like that LOL
