I haven't been a fan of Ethan or his content for a while now, but this was delightful. I think the issue is that XQC doesn't care and neither does his audience, his only goal is not to get into any legal trouble that might threaten his income.
I will be in awe always with how Ethan doesn't fully lose his shit and go off.

This was hands-down, the most maddeningly frustrating thing to listen to and witness because this man was not interested in actually having a discussion or a conversation about any of this. He was completely obsessed, and 100% focused on jumping on almost every single word that came out of Ethan‘s mouth, trying to get a “gotcha moment” instead of engaging with any of Ethan’s points in any consistent or meaningful way whatsoever.
Well, no. XQC's win condition was to get Ethan to stop shit talking him about fair use when Ethan violates it all the time. It wasn't to make a legal argument about why intellectual property rights don't matter or have an argument on what "transformative" even means.

It’s really cool to see Hila come out of her shell throughout the years. Compared to when they first started making videos to now she is so much more confident and able to speak freely. She can stand up for herself and her company when before she probably wouldn’t have been able to do that. I can tell running her own company and becoming a mother has made her more self assured. It’s inspiring.

While I don't watch him, I always knew xQc wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed but this is at a whole other level I never would have expected. He is like the Dunning-Kruger effect personified, I have never seen a human being so confidently wrong before in my life. After learning that, now seeing this… I’m unsubscribing & will never view him the same again. i mean, he has adhd, and as someone who also has adhd it is incredibly hurtful to hear someone who talks and acts very similar to me being described as "simply lazy". i think that xqc has a lot of dumb takes and he isnt the smartest dude but there is literally no way you can call him lazy, he works 12-14 hours a day and works incredibly hard to be consistent. its so fascinating to watch people preach peace and love and simultaneously shit on someone who you don't like but whatever

He admitted he is lazy. Those were his own words- not my own. He actually does a much better job in this video when speaking. I understood him more in this video than any others I have seen. I wasn’t calling people with ADHD lazy. I was calling HIM lazy. & as I also said- I didn’t watch him ugh, but I never disliked him. I even said I was subscribed. To both Twitch & TH-cam. & work? Dude… I respect streamers. I do. Not going off Ethan’s video, I’ve seen others, he hardly says a sentence or two when just sitting there with a camera on him while he is simply watching someone else’s content. He doesn’t really react to it. He says a “what the heck?” Here & there, maybe a “what am I watching?”, “what is this?”… is the most common I’ve heard from the streams & videos I have seen from him. That is not work. He sitting in a chair, watching videos, hardly contributing anything to the subject at hand. That is not work. So yes, he is lazy. Never once did I say people with ADHD are lazy. I have ADHD. I would never say something like that, so please don’t twist my words. It’s a struggle. I understand that, believe me. A lot of people do- but never have I once met or seen someone with it literally admit he speaks as short as possible because he thinks it’s too much work. That’s what I was calling lazy. His content also is. Again, I mentioned I watched his stuff & was even subscribed. Now I’m not.

sadly, this IS his content, and this is exactly how he handles himself in all debate situations. Hasan talking xqc through things in the past has been painful because it's like trying to explain right and wrong to a two-year-old who just keeps screaming things you can't understand. just listen to him talk normally. XQC isn't a native english speaker and I give a lottttt of space there. However, there are a ton of streamers and content creators who also have learned english as a second, third, fourth, fifth, etc language and are able to be understood VERY clearly after spending half the time learning and half the time online. Also, a swedish accent isn't hard to understand. I don't think he even has that though. the way he speaks is almost it's own language.
