Melly, thank you for introducing "Affang". It's such a delicious food to eat. It's typically from western Oromia, Dembi Dollo. The ingredients are almost perfect but the way you put together is different. It shouldn't be dry to this extent, the ingredients should be mixed together and grinding.

Hi Melat! It nice as always! You made what is look like "Dulet", may be we can call it "Karia dulet" (green chilli dulet). I never seen or test before. I will definatly try myself, but I wil put the "Karia"(green chilli) at the end when the meat is cool down, to enjoy and test the real flavour of the dish. It is also nice with a fresh chilli. Bravo!
