I love chitterlings! Aunt Bessie’s brand is the best. They’re super clean!! All you have to do is pull the lining off. They’re intact making the process a lot faster as well. And, they don’t leave the stinch while cooking. Drop a potato & onion and you only smell them if you’re up on the pot.

I also only eat chitlins once a year, my husband’s family eats them with rice. My family eats chitlins with coleslaw for Christmas or New Year’s Day.
