Black folks cant build wealth until we have the family unit together!!! We have to combine incomes and resources first, before we can even begin to talk about building wealth as a whole!!

Music industry forked the family unit with Aleister Crowley teachings.. when the British invasion came over... So the white family is gone unless Christ is in the home growing up entertainment and alcohol ruined white lives..... The government made crack hoping that it would destroy the black communities and keep them poor and in control and controlled underneath a certain device... Satan uses devices to control people that's why drugs are allowed in society that's why they're promoting it That's why they're legalizing it drugs opens up the minds to demons.... Read the scriptures do your research.

This conversation lacks context. Generally speaking, the lump sum of money needed to support a person comfortably, according to the 4 percent annual withdrawal rule, is about 25 times estimated annual living expenses. So, a $10 million dollar beginning capital requirement suggests a person has annual living expenses of $400,000. That is probably excessive for most people and irresponsible of Earn Your Leisure to put that out there as a suggestion. The proper approach would have been to give the people a formula or equation for determining their own beginning capital requirement for a comfortable life.

10 mil? I disagree, maybe 20-25. As a business owner, I can say I’ve blown through several million In payroll & equipment costs alone. Even though that amount would be nice to have, for the average person, that’s about the amount it costs in re-investment into the company, payroll, and/or paying off creditors & taxes. If we’re speaking on real wealth. If you don’t have atleast 25 million in purely disposable income, you’re not wealthy, sorry to say. You more or less fall into the category of “well off” but not wealthy.

Bingo thats why people keep looking at this wrong.
They too focus on Revenue or Gross Pay
I focus on the number as a Net pay or Pure profit after all expenses and taxes have been paid,
I say POST tax 10 million is good. But no revenue or gross pay

Some of it is true and some of it is not true because I can go on Facebook mark place and get that same exact car for like 5 or 6 I think it depends on your lifestyle and how you live

I don’t know where this dude lives, so i will go by where I live. Dallas Texas. Used Honda accords arent going for 30k or more. What exactly does he mean? Are we talking CA, Florida, New York, etc? You can give a broad statement like that because people from all over are watching and people with different iq’s. You can still find a decent used car between 12 and 20k. What do you mean by used? Are we talking used high end? That Honda example was bad. I here to learn/get introspect, but to suggest you can’t get a decent car for less than 30k is ridiculous. If that’s not what he’s suggesting, be specific.

Incorrect Anton… These millionaires that don’t wear their money understand that labels don’t bring more money… $700 pair of shoes vs. $80 = $620 left to invest or buy more shoes…

True Financial Freedom is having residual income that equals a certain number every month post tax.
Lets say you make 2.5 million a month from Rental property and stocks. An all taxes are paid and expenses have already been paid.
That 2.5 million a month. Is financially freedom you could literally love off the income net pay 2.5 a month and the other 11 months you can literally save or invest until you saved up enough money to save up atleast 10 million a year post tax to last you the next 40 to 50 years.
