    I just double checked the date of when you were talking about the merge (24th/25th May) I was so EMOTIONAL those few days and a bit into the beginning of June. I’m starting to notice a trend in myself. I both feel changes in energy sometimes physically and sometimes emotionally.
    Your videos for each month really are a help. Thank you 🙏

    Oh ya I feel it intensely, It started a month ago so I get out doors and burn it off or meditate in quietude. My heart and pericardium are usually quiet active anyhow. Had a wee heart attack in December 2022 and still feel some of the residue. It's important to stay grounded X 100 within the activity.

    Thank you, your exercises are amazing! Month of May was harsh...😅 after your video I feel much better now. I have tried to ground myself...but lately didnt arrived to calm my body... I will add those exercises in my morning and evening Rituels....Lets see in 1 month... 😊❤

    In a dream I saw different colour in a bar chart. I did know these colours. But only one colour I rember from the bar chart was the bronse colour

      Hi, Craig ~ a lovely question. This will help to support your entire heart system and I'd also recommend you search Prune's TH-cam channel for other ways to support the Heart and Pericardium energies too. On their own, the Heart Loop and the Heart Hug are two great techniques you can bring in. Most importantly, see how these feel when moving through them. So glad you are already tracing these meridians - you'll have a wonderful sense of seeing if these others serve you. Thank you for being here with us :)

      Hi, Cecile ~ wonderful question. These are designed to be integrated into your daily practice. How often you do this is entirely up to you. You may feel you would benefit from this once or many times a day... really up to you. You may also feel you would like to do this three times a week - more or less. Really your call :)

    That’s all fine & delightful.. but what if your in this FFF & now pass out .. I think it’s next to impossible to ground ones self if ur unsafe with in .
    After a traumatic experience that’s not over just yet..
    Otherwise how can I protect myself..
    I find myself wanting to believe in this practice.
    Each time I have, my hairs is lowered and the attacks come in.
    Like a sleepy person waking up in the middle of something that needs game face on.. relaxed isn’t how I will make it out of this..
    Just sayin

    Does vertigo qualify as solar flare disturbance?
