Excellent video! My game plan for 2024 began after the mowing season in 2023. Each year I also tightened up the belt on the tips you mentioned. Something I learned a few years ago is to say “No”. What I mean by that is don’t take on jobs that are too time consuming and/or require a helper especially during the Spring rush. Don’t take on properties that are not profitable and/or out of your targeted service area. Keep routes as tight as possible. We have roughly 80 customers with 65 of them that include mowing. Surprisingly, we will end the year with slightly less than 7k miles of travel mileage. Fuel and maintenance is a big expense on vehicles and equipment. Run a lean and mean operation as much as you possibly can without sacrificing the quality and dependability of your service. Slowly raise prices if necessary. Customers that get value for the price will stay with you even if you are higher priced over your average competitors. Have a wonderful holiday and let’s kick off the 2024 season with both feet running!
Great video! That hour in the morning really is key for setting yourself up to succeed for the day. Also, working at YOUR pace is huge! Like you said, it's easy to copy and paste but you still have to fill in the small details so it's better to find your own thing. With inflation so high, expense cutting comes down to what's really a need and what's a want. A new mower is nice but a paid off, well maintained mower can be much better.
Hey man are you going to be buying the new Redmax backpack blower next year when it comes out because I’m thinking about getting one next year when it comes out next year

Great advice!!
Great words of wisdom
I have been doing this for years . I have found I do best by keeping my work load so I can get it done myself . most of all keep it fun .
Definitely keep it fun make it your lifestyle!
Good 5 goals.
I paid a few bills off this year myself and it sure did help.
Feels like you can breath easier ✂️💯
More money stayed in the bank instead of coming out to pay bills. That was nice.
