Thank you Mike, Can I use a single Professional license to invite my team to view the apps or sheets I have without them needing a license and with any other email, for example with our corporate email?

Hi Carlos - i don't think so - those uses would need to have "Basic User" or "Analyzer User" entitlements depending on if your cloud server is on capacity model or not. BUT please check with your Qlik rep to see what cloud subscription model you have.

No matter what I try to prevent downloading data with only "Has Restricted View" enabled, the user can still download data. Please help.

Hi Jacques - you can only prevent them from doing it when you disable the download data option in the custom role and only assign that capability to those who should be able to download. I can't provide a screen shot in here - but here is the link to the help document help.qlik.com/en-US/cloud-services/Subsystems/Hub/Content/Sense_Hub/Admin/permissions-scopes.htm - if you need further assistance please use the Qlik Community or open a ticket with Qlik Support. Please let us know how you do. -- Regards, Mike T

@@QlikOfficial Hi Mike, thank you so much for taking the time here. The video made it look like it would be possible to set the restriction per managed space, which would be ideal for our use case.

Mike... when I publish from Shared to Managed Space the App disappears from the Shared Space. And there's no way to get it back again, so you essentially lose it, unless you've duplicated it BEFORE you publish. In the video it doesn't do that, so either it's a new "feature" or I'm doing something wrong!!

HI Alan - sorry it took me awhile to reply - I was waiting on a product manager to confirm my thoughts. Are you using the Windows (what we now refer to as the client-managed edition (non-SaaS / non-cloud)? I have confirmed that this is correct behavior in the client-managed version - but not in SaaS (cloud) - that is why in the video it stays. If you see the copy of the app disappearing in the shared space when publishing to a managed space in SaaS / Cloud version - please let me know that should not happen.
      Regards,
      Mike T
