- These are in my opinion the best bang for buck road bike cycling tires on AliExpress. I've been running them as my daily riding/commuting tires and they work well for me. At $30 CAD per tire, it's a no brainer compared to $45 at a shop/online.

I have 10k km on ultrasports between 2s and 3s. Almost as good as GP5K for a fraction of the price, by FAR the best value for tires. But they are much cheaper locally than on ali for me

I've been using the 32 mm version on my hybrid bike for about two years now, and am very happy with them. No punctures yet in about 2000 km, knocking on wood. They are most definitely significantly lighter and faster than the Kenda 40 mm tires that came with the bike. I think they would work pretty well as road bike tires too, if you are more of a recreational rider, that is.

I’ve just got some pink tpu tubes and been pondering which tires to go to. Been so on the fence with these ultra sports 3s. Reviews seem hit or miss. I do 90% road, some crushed gravel trails. Choices choices lol
Edit…stock is 28, thought about trying 32s for a bit more comfort. More choices lol
The TPU tubes make a world of a difference coming from butyl tubes! They're not the best tire by any means, but the best budget one that I've found so far for $30CAD. Comfort is key, I'd say go for 32mm if they fit 👍
If you notice the cheaper no box ultrasport3 has white label. I emailed continental and ask about the difference. They emailed back saying
“tires with complete white/silver labels are technically identical to tires with orange labels. However, the tires are intended for original equipment manufacturers.
If there are delivery problems, it can happen that these tires are also sold in stores.”

how do they compare to the gp5000 in ride quality?
I've only really run the 25mm GP5000 on my tri bike so I don't have a direct comparison on the same wheels/bike. However the GP5000 are a more supple tire and don't feel like they'd last as long although you get more speed/better rolling resistance. I save the GP5000 for my race tire, and Conti Ultrasport for everyday riding 👌
