I love Prada L'Homme but the longevity isn't there. I will admit it smells, to my nose, like a white deodorant. One of those Old Spice varieties like Bearglove or whatever. Maybe Axe?
I recommend Beau de Jour which to my understanding is similar to Penhaligon's Sartorial, but has less of a honey note and has stronger projection - really nice scent!
I have them both I prefer Sartorial (same category but not the same vibe ) but Beau de jour is great too 👍 both are amazing , versatile and long lasting on my skin it is not redundant to own both get both of them if you can 💈🥰
Tom Ford’s Beau de Jour makes the perfect office scent in my opinion. Clean from the lavender, green from the oak moss and mint, masculine from the patchouli. I think it would make a fine addition to this already great list!

Montale Fougeres Marine has been my work scent for the last year or so. It's exactly what it says it is, an aquatic barbershop scent. Last 10 hours and one of the best oak moss/patchouli scents I've smelled.
Prada L'Homme must be on every Office Fragrances list ! It is a nice and refreshingly smelling fragrance with ellegance. The same applies to Armani Code Parfum. Soapy, creamy and cleanness. Excellent fragrance for the office environment. I find Chanel Allure Homme Sport Extreme too piercing for the office environment. I much prefer Blue de Chanel Eau de Parfum ! That one has smoothenss and class that are well suited for the office.
Piercing is the right word to describe Allure Homme Sport Eau Extreme for office wear. It's nice but also has a bit of that typical cologne vibe, which can be irritating in a work environment (I know because there's a couple of guys who wear it at my workplace).

I don't remember, have I mentioned this, but I have received a very nice complement from a pretty girl who works in specialty coffee shop. She said, that my perfume is amazing. It was Mr. Fragrant EDP. 😎 When I hear "iron clothing'' musks, I immediately thing about a 'fabric conditioner' sort of effect that Exaltolide gives. (I approve it, because I have some Exaltolide at home), also metallic Habanolide, which is used in high amounts in such formulas like Sauvage or H24, in my opinion. I imagine, that both of them can help to create a clean, metallic quality. Maybe also Ambrettolide in some degree, because it is quite cold, crisp, less sweet than Galaxolide or Ethylene Brassylete and owns a quiet berry nuance. I have four musks at home, which I try to learn in dilutions and use them in my home lab experiments.
Top 3 for the Office : 1 • Bois Imperial by Essential Parfum (2 ,3 sprays max my favorite signature scent) 2 • Colonia Essenza by Acqua Di Parma (the best from the signature of the sun collection with ADP Oud) 3 • Tom Ford Grey Vetiver Honorable mention : • Prada l'Homme (a real classic, Nice Bergamote from essential parfum is a good alternative if you like florals and you want something in the same category but less powdery)
Basically all brown bottles ( EDT concentrée) have been discontinued and replaced by the black bottles (EDP) scent wise they are the same, I tested Sandalo EDP and Oud EDP and they are still great 👍

I see the Sartorial looks like it is from the same line of scents though and it is EDT- anyone have any feedback on this? Are there any similarities to the Halfeti line? Also curious about the Ormonde Jayne Montabaco Intensivo, that sounds interesting.
i love Halfeti Leather and sometimes wear it in work in the autumn/ winter. I've got Sartorial too and love it but I don't see a similarity with Halfeti. Sartorial is more old school barber shop scent, like a classy version of Faberge Brut 33.
Acqua di Parma Oud uses a real oud from Laos, at least that what their website says. Edit: This information has disappeared from AdP website - at least I cannon see it. Following this and the fact that this was also presented in the video, being a big fan of this house I had to know if they changed anything so I contacted customer service and they confirmed that AdP Oud has a real thing.
Yes I also saw an interview of Robin James with Acqua Di Parma when they confirmed this I don't know if it is true but the guy from Acqua Di Parma also said the same thing
Allure Homme Sport Eau Extreme for me smells like the sports locker room filled with 7th graders who overspray on deodorants back in school. And it also has basically the same boring opening as 1 Million by PR. I just can’t stand it 😅

For me, Prada L'homme is just the perfect office fragrance. It is not cloying and it smells just fresh and soapy.

Beau de Jour is my usual dumb pick up for the office. Yet to get my nose on Sartorial but he heard good things.

Grey Vetiver is a suit and tie staple for me. Also L’instant D’Guerliian EdT is also great in the fall with a tie and sweater.
Terre D’hermes should be in here imo
100% agree. However, I just bought a bottle of EDP and it has lost its mojo! It last shorter than any EDT. Really poor performance.

I wear prada l'homme Intense for very important meetings and Lattafa asad for normal office. Mix it up with ADG Profumo or Profondo

Basically all brown bottles ( EDT concentrée) have been discontinued and replaced by the black bottles (EDP) scent wise they are the same, I tested Sandalo EDP and Oud EDP and they are still great 👍

Acqua di Parma Oud is truely a masterpiece and perfectly suits the office environment. BUT has not the best longevity
