Hi Artsignco! When routing the Acrylic Face, I can see you are using a palm router - What type of bit are you using in order to follow the return so clean? How much bigger does it make the Acrylic face in regards to the metal border?

The trimcap we use is called Jewellite, available through most any sign products distributor, Check with Tubelight.

I have a question. When you use the router to cut the faces do you first draw out an outline or do you bring the router close the aluminum sides of the channel letters?

When we are using the router we have a computer program that paths the machine to cut out the faces.

oh it seemed like he was doing it by hand in the video. He had the acrylic placed on top of the aluminum return

hi, whats the name of the blue tape that you use for join the acrylicsheet. or where i can buy it. than you.

Its called double face tape. And that's not a blue tape. That's trimcap. The trimcap is what holds the face to the channel letter. U put two coats of thin glue. Than the thick one. Also instead of magnets u can you a wooden table and some nails to apply the trim cap.

There I s no trick. U use doublw face tape. That holds it in place. Also when ur using the router. U move it from left to right when cutting the acyr. Face. When u do the centers like the a or r u use the router from right to left.

I used to work over there, old school... Hope you have technology now, Accubend is ok, Adams Tech way better machine than Accubend , if you still keep that system you are way behind.

Why would someone make a channel letter fabrication video with yoga music in the background? How ridiculous. Someone should be narrating.
