Leg 8. Things with Handels + Places. On the road 23 June 2024. South Island. New Zealand

My winter trip on the South Isaland, New Zealand started 14 June 2024 and loving it. The roads are nice and fuel prices vary from town to town. The towns are close to one another if you want to buy food or fill up your car with fuel.
It's very cold, and the further you go south the colder it gets. Bring enough warm cloths and bedding with for if you do freedom camping or stay in a tent. Take care and be safe. Be on the lookout for ice on the road. It can be slippery.
