Absolutely love my Onsra BC2! Had it for about a year now and still enjoy every second on it. Have had zero issues with it and no separation between deck and battery. It is the most comfortable board under my feet and maneuverability is effortless. Power and range are great as well. I ride the 115 rubber wheels as I prefer the added comfort over the added range of clouds. My gripe on it would be the battery charger, but such a minor thing compared with how great the board rides and feels. I highly recommend the BC2! Cheers and enjoy the ride no matter what you're riding!
same. i choose it over botique boards.. the feeling of this board under my feet is the best. perfect deck with perfect concave and padded grip tape.. cant wait for bc3 🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼
The new camera is better. Side note: I don't watch for video quality...it's your very detailed AND HONEST reviews that keep me coming back to watch every video. Although, I know studio quality is what many people care about, I think it's silly to expect for something like e-skate reviews. People have lives and jobs, and I think we're lucky to have guys like you making these videos. My BC2 works great and the power is there. It gets up the big hills here in Hawaii, and since most everything I need here on Oahu is close the range is more than enough. The thing I hate which we've talked about in another one of your videos is my remote dies way faster than the board, and I have to carry around a little battery pack to charge it. I know you said send it back, but just getting the board here was such a nightmare (shipping to Hawaii with everything is a pain) that I really don't want to deal with them anymore. I purchased direct from EU Onsra, because Onsra Cali wouldn't ship here. I liked the rubber wheels, but they got chewed up fast, so now I'm on the 6" ATs. However, I'm afraid of flats so I'm looking at getting the 40Ts with some 105mm cloud wheels (I'm about the same weight as you). I emailed Nebula last week asking when they'll have more 63mm handles in stock, but haven't got a reply yet. Looking for something with a kicktail that is portable and easy to take into stores. I was considering the Challenger, but after all of the shipping pains (and cost) I'm considering the Exway Wave, Meepo Mini 2, and Wowgo Mini 2 with the 105mm clouds. Sorry for such a long post...keep up the great vids and looking forward to the new content.
Dont be sorry, thanks so much for the detailed comment! I suggest just searching the internet for a remote. Any of the hobbywing remotes will pair with the board. My remotr lasts longer than the board. Tanks again!
Very nice to hear you convey how much you love and enjoy your board. I do like a flexy board for comfort and when carving. It is more costly and complicated making and perfectly flexy deck, the battery has to flex as well as the enclosure. Ride safe
@@Ramatorix just a quick question. I have the belt drive version. Is it ok to drag the board around a shop etc holding the front trucks ? Is this bad for the motor as the rear wheels are rolling?
Glad to see you're back! and I also get a lot of comments about the boards on my videos and messages from people saying what they hate about it... but most of them haven't ridden it. I think the biggest thing with these boards is that we all value different things in a board... so whilst the BC2 is the most near perfect board for me... it just might not be for the person sitting next to me. I do love the BC2 though I'm not the biggest fan of Carbon decks but you can't deny the Zeus and Hurricane are incredible... but carbon decks are so tiring to ride for a long period of time. I'm waiting to see what onsra comes out with next... and whether anyone else will start using direct drive so there would be some real competition in the DD space (I can't ride a belt here because of esk8 fines)
Great open honest informative video. The GTR is a 10S board out in may 2019. They now sell the Hadean which has flown ups the steepest hill in the world on AT wheels, located in NZ and video is on TH-cam. Also the Meepo Hurricane and the Eovan Super and Boundmotor flash are under 2000 dollars and more powerful and their batteries, BMS and motor controller allows much much more current than this hobbywing board.Thank you
Hello, just want to say one thing about the Onsra. It sells at a pretty high price and comes with a 2,5 A charger that looks exactly like the one I got with my Wowgo 2S many years ago. The weakest I have seen as standard for premium boards is 4A. All the other challengers at the same price point have superior power, range, carbon deck and powerful chargers with fan many times.
Hello, I think the part about the Onsra being from China is not that people do not know all boards are made over there but that Onsra is pushing this bit about Swiss design and engineered in Switzerland.
Yes, the Zeus Pro looks amazing and I actually ordered one. However it's not gonna be as maneuverable as the Onsra due to the TKP trucks. I think the Meepo Hurricane would be a better bet because of the better maneuverability of the DKP trucks.
Hello Rama, I am not commenting on the subject other than that the main thing is you are happy with your board. The BC2 is a generic 12S HW board which makes the power the same as many others today, also the new Verreal 12S is basically the same. The Meepo Hurricane, Eovan Carbon Super and Boundmotor flash are much more powerful. The Ownboard Zeus pro is also more powerful and you can get it with a. Molicel battery of 936 Wh. Of course the Evolve Hadean but it's over 2000 dollars, based on many things the main one being they provide great support. Take care
I've had an Onsra Black Carve 2 and for a time it was enough for me but then one day I went to a group that had boutique boards, diy, race boards. It felt way underpowered even when I bought a used LaCroix Prototipo a board almost 4 years old still out spec my Onsra. I do gotta say it was the most comfortable board thanks to the concave, I was able to ride longer with less fatigue. Hopefully they come up with a new board just like the meepo hurricane, owboard zeus, eovan super.
*Still lovin these long, detailed videos,* great to see you uploadin more again. ⚡🤙🏼🤙🏼⚡ interestin thoughts on the ends of the deck havin issues on boards that only flex at the ends, somethin boards like the Verreal RS could potentially suffer too. I quite like decks that flex at ends only, plus the DKP allowin a little flex, stability of stiff deck with a touch of flex 👌🏼 I use Venom (and Blood Orange) bushings on my boards, Venom has a little less rebound than Riptide Kranks, another good option for people. Bushings make such a huge difference to ride feel and more people need to make use of bushing changes from default ones.
Sorry but I cannot stand by this company at all. As an owner of a challenger direct drive, the aesthetics looks nice but the battery is terrible in my experience. I’ve had two battery issues in a span of 12 months. Loses voltage even when fully charged. Their customer service is atrocious. Unless your buds with Fabian, don’t expect to get any type of help unless you send email after email after email. Biggest competitor to Onsra…..is Onsra.

I just purchased my first electronic skateboard BC2AT. I'm using it commute to work about 9km each way. I'm loving it so far!

Number one competitor for onsra right now: ownboard Zeus pro p42a. Things a beast and has been very refined and tweaked so perfectly
Thats what everyone keeps saying. Thanks for the comment.

Zeus Pro appears to be the best board like this on the market. However for something completely different the Endeavour Pro is a steal at 2k.
I will look into both, thanks!

Try some hoyt 111's and get some machined aluminum pulleys
I wish I could go over the 105 cloudwheels but restricted because I’m on two mini boards, for now. Have you checked out the Lycaon TRX 3.0?
