Honestly, Robbie Daymond didn't need autotune he could sing fine without it Seriously Autotune didn't make their singing sound good in fact makes them sound worse The engineer that was in charge needs to be fired because they really overdid it with autotune
Even through the auto tune, Robbie absolutely slays. This is my favorite version of the song easily. Imagine how perfect it would be if the tuning were great or, hell, he's probably good enough to do it untuned.
This actually makes a lot of sense now that I think about it: The cinematic is in Hawaii Zhao/Joon-gi is driving a vehicle that looks very similar to tomi's taxi at the start of the game Zhao and Joon-gi are the least romantic guys of the group All of the other new karaoke songs feel very intentionally constructed to fit their singers to a T. Now I'm even more sad tomi doesn't sing (but we got Joon-gi han karaoke so alls forgiven).
"I used to worry about life. I used to worry about the wooorld...I used to worry about my followers? I lost you. I lost myself. I bought a new dishwasher...but I don't think I got the right kind. For my thing uhhh...anyway. I need to talk to the guy at the store again."
What is this autotune? Like, I can hear through it that Daymond's a stellar singer, so why have they done this to him? To us? EDIT: The more I listen to these, the more I've picked up on it really kicking in on lower notes. Daymond's passionate chorus goes fairly high and the autotune is barely noticeable, and I've noticed similar things on the other dub songs... which is arguably even stranger than it being overwhelming at all times.
WE'RE BUYING A NEW DISHWASHER WITH THIS ONE 🔥🔥🔥
I wish I could like a comment twice
Lmao why 1 when u can get 2
We're also buying delicious pancakes
Robbie Daymond didn't need to go this hard on this song, but he did and we thank him for it!
Legit one of my favorite English songs
I bought a new dishwasher
But it wasn't the right kind
For my thing anyway, I...
i need to talk to the guy at the store
*song ends*
I used to worry about life !
DAMN, DISHWASHER'S BROKE
Robbie Daymond has a voice specifically for hair metal ballads.
I need a new dishwasher. 😆
Gotta add it in.
Something tells me that's going to be a new meme after Baka Mitai and/or Baka Darou.

The worst one for autotune is the joongi version of this, but totally agree the amount of autotune on the English dub just makes it worse
And this is totally the best song in the english dub, the amount of autotune is absolutely outrageous the responsible for that should totally be fired
Funny how they had to re use the old karaoke song and the mixer didn't learn nothing from the older one on how to mix them properly
@@JinKolmak_TaKo Weirdly, they removed the autotuned chorus for The Future I Dreamed Of but couldn't do the same for the rest of the songs?
I think Zhao's take on the song is based on an 80's power ballad-esq song
Yea parts of it feel like he's going for a meatloaf style
Finding out that Zhao’s VA also voiced one of the main characters of Breadwinners made me view this cover in a different way
This song is for Jenny Quackles ❤
Personally I consider that knowledge a borderline infohazard.

god im so glad some of them can actually sing
I just wanna thank robbie daymond for bringing everything to voicing Zhao
I have a theory this was gonna be Tomi's song, but because of his VA's music contract, it never happened.
Now that you mention it, this song fits with Tomi's backstory so well 😭

someone definitely needs to make a tomi ai cover of this song
Geez that makes perfect sense. This song made no sense for zhao and han. But it’s perfect for Tomi.
If RGG Studio decided to use autotune, why didn't they raise Robbie Daymond's pitch like 1:26 for the rest of the song
It would be so much better
DAMN DISHWASHER BROKE ‼️🔥🗣️💀
Akechi when he isn’t with Joker
Llyod Bannings when he isn't with his mate

I know some choices drag down the dub but my god Zhao, Ichi, Nanba and Adachi have perfect dub castings. I also like the dude Danny Trejo does.
