This would be a game changer if it was a wrist rune. That fact that it’s a hand piece makes it dead of arrival. Only for niche situation, still we might find a good use for keeping wound up in pve occasionally.
So I just verify being Horde having only one ring doesen't work you actually need both rings , good video just maybe a little more info about hord fact
@severingo I had to get the second Engraved silver ring as an Undead Rogue, to make this work, maybe just for Alliance you need just the one, but for Horde it seems like you need both and saw homie (tylerbatt8528) also mentioned something like that from P5 and his location was spot on #justsaying :P

any solution how to obtain it as a horde? wearing a ring and not receiving anything after /kneel in front of the statue?

i have tried kneeling with the ring kneeling with out the ring then putting it on. it never gives me the rune
same, I am guessing either this is only the alliance way to get it or something has changed with phase 5

It does! Same for both factions.
Bro i did it and my bags were full. I can't get it now, despite trying everything from reloging to re equiping the rings. I must have bugged it.
... there's another ring you need... How tf do you leave that out.
