Mallari is piece that is done in Nadaswaram. generally it is done only during temple processions or procession of a king. It is highly rythamic and when done in the trikalam sounds awesome. the most common ones I have heard is purapadu malari and thear malari. Genrally the Nadaswaram vidwans compose a new malari and present it during festivals.the complex ones are very intresting.
I heard your Mallari today
A few days ago after listening your Neelambari i couldn't sleep without listening it.
Ragini's support is also fantastic
Now i can't start my daily routine without listening your Mallari just Swami Purappadu (i can't do any work unless I listen it)

So what is a mallari? Except for that it sounds like a tillana with no charanam sahitya and is being sung in trikalam like a pallavi.
