You most likely get stages 22-27 from upgrading the top of the middle tower that costs 1300 coins.
Edit: here’s my logic; due to the games’ design, the player (Zack) was meant to upgrade the middle part of the tower to get the challenges, but he didn’t so in a sense he got the other challenges “early”.

For the way of the shell, you can get a shell and have it as a "shellmet." That way, you can break through the blocks to get the 10 coin. This level was stressful when I did it with my friends. We struggled so much we nearly ran out of time!!

Zach I am pretty sure that the Toad and Undo Dog are the levels that you were getting mixed up on
but looking at them in the list, those aren't numbered and they're always last in the list of jobs.

Toad and undodog levels are 22 - 27. 3 undodog plus 3 Toad jobs.

I just realized that the POW Blocks in Super Mario World sound like they are saying pow in a funny voice when you use them
When you do an upside down level flip your switch upside down

Small side tip... When picking jobs hit the Y button to change to jobs that are not done yet.... The same thing happen to me when I thought I was on track but then I seen whoa i miss pages? Then I learn to hit Y to find the jobs that I haven't done yet.

To get 22-27 you need to build main hall 3F. If you go to the right you get more side missions from the blue guy and then a brick and frog, then purple and yellow toad will have more missions

To get the stages you must build the main hall in on the middle castle
Zack I’m pretty sure you did stages 22 through 27, they were the toad stages and the dog stages that you did. Keep these videos coming they are great!
You do know that Toad missions and Undodog missions are marked by a Toad's face or Undodog's face instead of a number, right?
