Josh Bridges is a true icon of CrossFit. I still miss him competing, he always brought the energy and style.

I like Josh's mindset on his kids with training. My son is 13, he plays football and basektball, I invite him to workout with me every day. Some days he does, some days he doesn't but I let him make the decision.

I got to see Jason at the Games, at the Yeti booth. I have to admit, I acted like a teenage fan boy!! He is a genuinely good guy.

I would like to see self defense videos for your daughter. I have two daughters. Great video! Where in the show notes can we sign up for the newsletter? It’s not there.

I think dad bods work if you’re a dad but even then it’s bad for your health like you said in another video, if you are fit you are usually healthier. Unless you are overtraining, if you believe in that. I think if you are fit this can make up for a lack of money when it comes to dating but if you aren’t fit and don’t have any money you will have a harder time pulling girls unless you’re game is strong. But if you are poor then you can always work on your game and fitness.

So if you draw a triangle you can say that money, looks (fitness) and persuasion (game) have the biggest effect on meeting people I believe

Looks also relate to genetics but you can’t change that really

      Being overweight/obese isn't genetics......
