The steel lever has three mounting holes. The forward two are for the rear mounting position, the rear two are for the forward mounting. The housing mounts on the spacers in either the front two or rear two holes. Hardware is the same in both positions.

How would you mount it in the rear position? I assume reverse the bolts on the mounting plates? And move the gear selector back one hole?

is there any difference if i combine j160 with 20v engine? should this work or do i have to fabricate it differently? thanks in advance!
This kit works with a j160 on a 4ag as well.

Do we need to grease anything? :)
If the middle bushing is dry you can add a little bearing grease to make sure it operates smoothly.
