GOOD on you! ` hope the Mrs. agrees/sees that you're havin' F U N ! While the handle bars are apart would be a good time to check/grease/replace the steering-head bearings. For a NICE lubricant that doesn't dry sticky (e.g. to lube the cables, bolt threads etc.) I like ISO-68; I buy a gallon (~$20) at the local farm supply store. Also, while apart, I would check the valve lash; it sounded clacky when you started it up. I would pull the axle bolts, CLEAN & smooth them (perhaps with fine sandpaper) and lube them with MARINE grease, which is fairly impervious to water (crossings) ... and re-torque them, CAREFULLY.
