I’ve been in China for the last 10 years and I totally agree with Muzammil here There are many Chinese companies who are thinking of relocating specially to Pakistan and many have already done so, the opportunities are endless. You guys should definitely travel here and find new cooperation opportunities. Coming times are going to be really really good for Pakistan Insha Allah

Kyun itna jhooth bolte ho? No company wants to relocate to Pakistan. Even Chinese companies are not happy with attacks in Pakistan. So stop the bullsh!t.

But they can also limit those companies. I mean China can invest in another brand that is not Chinese but they cant sell their own product through Pakistan.

Since 2012 Pakistan missed 2 to 3 phases when it could have benefitted greatly from the geopolitics in Asia. In first phase we lost it to Veitnam, in 2nd phase we lost it to India and Bangladesh and now this is another golden chance for us. If our dictators put their mind on this golden opportunity, they can attract industries to Pakistan especially those who want to relocate away from China or Europe looking for cheap labor. Sadly, we don't have those brilliant minds in power to work on it. They can't think beyond an underpass or flyover in Punjab

We need to buy our own products and companies.
Let them grow and make good money and eventually they will have good budgets to focus on Research and development and quality.
      That's how Chinese companies grow.
At start obviously there will be a difference of quality but once our companies go big and make market presence they will get confidence to work on development of product and improvements.
I get so happy to see local food outlets and chains getting good customers and now you don't feel a difference between international and local food outlets like howdy, johnny n Jugnu and so many others.
Instead of giving our money only to McDonald's or kfc.
Pakistan is not a small market
      People needs to understand

Pakistan has very high energy costs, so we can not compete with the likes of Bangladesh, Vietnam, or Indonesia. Also, the US is looking to raise tarrifs for Mexico because of Chinese industry relocation. Why won't they do they same to us if we get successful by any chance?

10:20 - Just a little correction over here.
People in America do want to work in factories, they want to work. They just don't want be underpaid for what they're doing or work jobs that don't even pay their basic bills. There are people who are doing two jobs, are still poor, and have zero buying power.
This is partly because of inflation, and partly because large corporations in America have figured out that they can make cheaper products in developing countries and keep more profit for themselves, while putting local competitors out of business, or just buying them to remove competition. It's cheaper to produce in developing countries, not only because of cheap labour, but also because the value of dollar is more and they don't have to worry about following environmental and labour laws there.
People in America know their rights and are willing to stand up for them. In fact most young people already support local small businesses, though it's still a very new thing and something only rich people can afford to do. Even if the market for local products increase because of tariffs people still won't be able to buy them since they don't have jobs to pay for expensive things. They will still need affordable things, maybe made by some poor person working in a sweat shop somewhere in a developing country (like Pakistan) and the cycle will continue.
    11:10 - Another correction.
America is not only the highest consumer but also highest producer. Even though it's producing things in developing countries, the owners are still American corporations. In fact most of these corporations had to expand their businesses to developing countries to keep up with the rate of factory production. Which is where it all started. When these brands entered developing countries local brands went out of business because they couldn't keep up with the American brands because of their marketing and research (they were keeping more profits and investing it in marketing and research).
