Thank you for your video. I had the same problem when suddenly 2 Sim cards and wifi did not work. The setting box was blank. I turned off the phone and turned on. It did shook several times to responds but it was never turned on. So I saw your video and i turned it on like the way you did, just volum up + shut down button. And it showed up with the green dying boy robot first. Thought it was gonna die. But after a while it turned back to normal without any of my touch. Thanks :)
I really think this would work for me and I can get my phone to the fastboot mode, but can you provide more info on the other program used from the pc? I'm not very tech savvy and I'm trying to fix this myself.
