I just succes, in fastboot mode. go on this link. www.hard-reset.org/factory-default/how-to-easily-master-format-nokia-2-3-with-safety-hard-reset/. Choose option 3. on command prompt type fastboot devices , then fastboot -w. The phone will reboot to the menu. Unplug phone turn off, plug the phone while holdin volume -. The wipe data will start just wait. Once done just write on the command fastboot reboot. Then follow this tutorial for unlock google
