What's so cool about these is even in the base models they come LOADED with engine problems and recalls! lol I'll stick with Toyota for sure. KIA does make some sharp looking cars though, but good looks don't always get you home. Same reason I'd stay away from the new Chevy Trax.
Yes, but people forget that Honda and Toyota is riding the coattails of their former reputation of reliability. It’s a good thing not everyone thinks this way as it would be rather boring if everyone drove Toyotas and Hondas which are exceptionally boring vehicles to begin with. I also wouldn’t buy a Chevy Trax, but that is a legit budget vehicle and nothing more.

I’m so sick of people acting like Honda and Toyotas are 100% perfect. Not everyone can afford the monthly payments of Hondas and Toyota. I’m sure if people could afford it, they’d get better, but people do what they can.

However I think most people opt for Hyundai/KIA products because they appreciate the styling inside and out, greater comfort, more safety tech, solid materials, and quieter ride than their counterparts. If I had the extra money, I certainly would never buy a Toyota or Honda product because they look and feel ancient.
