My accomplishments started with a dream and real plans to achieve them. Of course one cannot be out of touch with the reality and have impractical ideas or dreams. My guess would be the art is only on display for an open house and hasn’t been sold. In that case the rights for use belong to the artist. This being an advertising channel for AD, unless they have a disclaimer from the artist, if they show it they’d have to pay a ton of money. Think of it like copyrighted music.

@@andreaswank3524 yeah but that's problem of the system there are people that's have the money and want to invest it in order to safe it from inflation. And as an architect student I think those big houses are also quite important to learn how to build bigger and than in the end make smaller houses more affordable
