I have Several Sand, Bean Bags that I use.......But, I Never Thought to use one under my Legs for the Support like You showed us here, Very Smart for shore.

What is the materials that can used it to make?
An easy shooting bag is the traditional sock and sand, but that's an easy product take and most people will prefer to buy one. As mentioned in the video, don't get a bag that's full of sand. You need to be able to squeeze the bag to make slight adjustments in elevation.

I have a lot of problems with recoil control when using a soft rear bag, the stock drops hard and I'm constantly adjusting
Andrew, I'm no expert but Try making sure the gun is level. If the barrel is higher than the stock, that might be why you're getting "stock drop". Also, make sure you're parallel to the gun so the recoil goes straight back.

What I'd like to know is if I have one hand on the rear bag and the other on the trigger, do I need to worry about not being able to control the recoil of the gun. My 308 flies all over the place without a hand on the barrel
dont forget about your shoulder placement. dont be too stiff either, let the gun recoil naturally.

Forgive my ignorance, would the bags help when using a (don't laugh) Weihrauch HW97KT springer air rifle?
We use LMT Defenders (5.56) at work, but everyone says recoil from air rifles is tricky in its own way...
