Pork Chops and Rice Casserole

This classic Pork Chop Casserole gets an update-the pork chops are SO juicy!
Instead of baking the pork chops for an hour, we'll sear them, and add to the rice for the last few minutes of baking time. The end result is a pork chop casserole with some seriously tender pork chops.
