- This overgrown eyesore of a yard is right on the corner of a very busy road. You literally can't miss it and that's how I saw it as I drove past it. I had to pull over and knock on the door and ask if I was able to help. The homeowner spent 3 days trying to mow his lawn until his lawn mower broke. At first he only allowed me to mow the outside of the fence but when he saw the first part that I mowed (video link below if you haven't seen it) he was amazed and gave me the go ahead to mow the rest of the yard.

I’ve been watching since your first video Steve. What sets you apart for most of the other guys doing the tall grass makeovers is the attention to detail you put into these yards.
What I’ve noticed from some of the other guys (not all of them) doing this is that from what I can only assume is that when their subscriber numbers jump up it becomes about the money and their quality declines. Because at that point it’s just about putting more videos out and not about the work and the lives you guys are changing.
I get it that money is the root of all evil and we all need it. But my point is just keep doing you brother because you’re one of the best channels out there and the views and revenue will be there.

So smart to mow the nature strip back and forth the short way. Less grass thrown into the street. Never would have got a utility mower through that grass. Good job. Looks good. Good editing. WOW! My favorite "lawn angel" tamed another "beast"!😇 It looks fantastic! I'm glad you didn't damage the water meter! It'd be nice if they had some sort of cover over them to protect them & to keep people from hurting themselves on them! Ours in the US are underground with a heavy cover (like manhole covers in the streets but smaller) over them, usually level with the ground so you can just mow over them!
