Looking at the product number 14-563 on that plastic cover, those are a pair of Stanley Fatmax straight cut aviation snips. Only a couple of years to a decade old at most. Fake video. Edit: Oh I just noticed it has date of manufacture in roman numerals lol. (MMXIV aka 2014)
That was not underground for 100 years. Plastic did not come commercially available until the 1940s. Nice trick though. Next time just tell us that you found an old pair of cutters and that’s what you’re restoring.
Судя по состоянию режущей кромки, пластике и крестовый винтами и гайка которые открутились так легко это просто подстава, за пару дней до того как сняли видео инструмент был в отличном состоянии
That design was patented in 1934 by Karl Klenk, so, on the outside, the snips could only have been buried for 89 years -- much more likely, far less, considering the condition of the screw heads and the serations on the cutter edges. Plus, chromium molybdenum was developed in the 1960s-70s, which is strongly implied by the "CrM" mark on the cutters.
At it's oldest, it would be 60-70 years old due to it containing plastic and Philips screws, so at the absolute oldest it would've been made in the mid 1940s
Sold a hundred years ago by AliExpress. 1.30 dollar. Included is the sand to make it dirty, and to add a bit of color, we use a piece of hundred-year-old yellow plastic.🤣🤣👎👎👎👎
Looking at its condition, I guessed that it could be so many years old. How old do you think it will be ?
May be a week 😅😅😅
Looks like tinsnips to me
I think 2 weeks maximum
About 10 years. Manufacture date shows in the tool, its 2014
Mkass saidena soulaiman
It can’t be a 100 years old! The Phillips screw had a patent just in 1936.
Dont forget about the nylock nuts. Definitely not that old
"Look at this object i've personally ruined so i could restore" yeah. No. Thx.

Co plast, ale křížové šroubky? 😀(What about plastic, but cross-head screws?)
I guess something from the Fukushima flooding may look like that.

Glad I don’t have to say it 😂
LoL kind of far side to say the least 😂 but he did make it pretty
Not a lot of pitting for it to be so rusty. Possibly chemically enhanced?
That is the case in A LOT of these kinds of restoration videos. I wouldn't be at all surprised.
Nylon locknut was invented in 1964

Nice job. Were you able to determine how old that tool was?
At it's oldest, it would be 60-70 years old due to it containing plastic and Philips screws, so at the absolute oldest it would've been made in the mid 1940s

Все вещи однотипно старые и однотипно загрязненные. Как такое вообще пропускает ютуб? А ведь есть кто этой «реставрации» верить.

Pits damage wasn't vast and the plastic still clear & painting
Höchstens 10 Jahre unter Wasser.

Seems like you just clean up your old, rusty and dirty cutter which was laid in the bottom of toolbox, untouched for many years.
Less than 20 years. Probably a lot less.
Maybe I Only Guess
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Most pathetic fake restoration I’ve seen in a long time…. But I still watched most of it, so I guess I’m the one who’s more pathetic!
