I have cut foam that thick a couple of times and I used the electric knife from the kitchen. It works great!!! Job looks great!!!

Oh my gosh you gave me a real belly laugh. When you were trying to stick the long needle through from the front. You first drilled a bunch of holes and in the next clip I see a bunch of holes with a much larger bit. That's exactly the process I would have gone through 😂😂😂
