He explained Cross currency swap(XCS) wrongly, jyada oversimplify karne mein kuch bhi bata diya. Zara wiki aur book mein padho. Totally different definition hai. Inka padhaya padhoge toh Currency swap aur forex swap mein confuse ho jaaoge.

Assets to private players like roads..these private players obviously do work for their profit.. like toll tax on roads has been increased, ultimately this is public who is under all this burden. And then govt. Says we want money from privatization to invest in welfare schemes for public. Is This extent of privatization is necessary? Or need of our?? Is this is right way to revive economy.

No. China always purchase US bonds and dollars to accumulate in it's forex and thereby decreasing supply of dollar, increasing supply of Yuan hence decreasing value of it's own currency and appreciating USD. This currency manipulation of china is the main reason for dollar being stronger.
