  • This is an Excellent upper body superset that works the back, biceps, triceps, lats, deltoids, pectorals, abs and core, and it also enhances your grip strength. 5 sets of these will provide you with an amazing pump and strength gains. Can't do a muscle up yet? Don't worry so much for now. Try instead a pull up to a pull over combo to get yourself above the bar, then come back down without dismounting and do another pull up, then pull your legs up and over the bar again for a repeat set. Time spent on the bar before dismounting creates great strength. Try it, Enjoy!
