- Welcome to my new project!
I've been wanting to make a Black Water Aquarium for my Cardinal Tetras for a long time. I went to nature, collected the materials I needed and tried to make an aquarium similar to their natural habitat.
We can create beautiful aquariums without spending too much money.
Thank you very much for watching this video!

this channel is criminally under appreciated.
Maybe one day 🙏🏻
I second that
TH-cam should be sued these videos are so well made but they don't recommend these, your underrated! ❤
Maybe one day 🙏🏻
"Peace and love," indeed! as you know, the tank is likely to experience some setbacks (Anubias melt, wood fungus, etc) but stay the course. she is a thing of beauty.
Thank you! Yes I know, anubias started to melt in my main tank. Wood fungus will go away soon. It’s new setup 🙂
This tank is absolutely beautiful, it's given me lots of inspiration as to how to make my neon tetra tank more natural
Thank you so much!
Just the word "dedication" comes to mind
Thank you 🍀😍😍
Awesome. What I need for my beta fish blackwater tank is, I put some plant soil in my tank, added some tree bark and Java moss, and left it in my garden for several months. The result is amazing, the parameters are good (Ph 6,7) , the soil and water are full of life, like mosquitos larveas, and different species of worms.
Thank you!
Absolutely beautiful.
Thank you for sharing.
Thank you so much 🙏🏻🙏🏻🍀
There are plenty of plants which thrive in blackwater. The fish would also enjoy that more
Amazing! Started my journey today in this channel! Thanx for the inspiration
Thank you so much 🙏🏻
Durning this Ramadan It's hard for me too spend my time till suhoor! In my country we take suhoor approximately at 4/4.30am. And finally got a way to spend my times maybe for 2.5 hours I'm watching your content. Really satisfying. Idk maybe after 3 years i commented in a yt video

Thank you so much!
Beautiful! Thanks for sharing 😎👌
Thank you so much 🍃
Beautiful! It is very interesting to observe this aquarium!
Thank you so much!
I pour roasted tea into my tanks. Fishes are happy. Natural colour too.
🤝🤝👊
Thank you so much for making and sharing this. Nice voice tone. Very relaxing and interesting. I'll come back to this once I eventually want to make my own black water aquarium. Also love your channel name and "Peace and love" really got me, too.
Thank you so much! Your comment made me happy 🙌🏻 Good luck for your setup 🍀
Beautiful set up well done 👍
Thank you so much 🙏🏻🙏🏻

I know him 🍀
Love it 🥰
Thank you so much 🙏🏻❤️
Really cool setup
Thank you so much! 🌱
Perfeito ❤❤❤

Pure beauty
Thank you so much!
Nice vlog
Thank you so much!
Oh my god !! It's amazing 🥺
Thank you!
Bravissimo
Thank you!
Awesome Work, I could watch this tank for hours. I had never seen the blackwater tank before, but after watching your video on blackwater tank. I spend hours on learning more about blackwater tanks.
But it bring up more questions than answers, so if you don't mind I have few questions.
Can i use any kind of wood and leaves for blackwater tank or is there is a limitation.
Bcoz i live in a city where all you can find is skyscraper all around but not a forest or river or ponds for miles.
Thank you so much! We can’t use any kind of wood and leaves for blackwater tank. I don’t know what kind of species you have around your city, I don’t want to give you wrong advice.
such a nice job man, a group of pigmy corys are perfect for this tank you should thin about it¡¡
Thank you so much 👏👏 I’m planing to add them 👍
Looks very natural, good job! Do the parameters match the blackwater look (soft and sour)?
Thank you so much! Yes, water soft and sour.
Wow your videos are majestic well express me and a group of my friends are starting get into the hobby of black water tanks we went threw so many videos until we came across your video your tanks and imagination is breathless thank you for sharing your expertise looking forward to learning more from you peace ✌️ 👍 😊❤
Thank you so much! You made me happy ❤️🌱☘️🌿 Good luck for your new setup, feel free to ask me if you stuck somewhere while you setup your aquarium! 🍀
@@peaceofnaturee will do my friend! You need your own tv channel facts! 👍
@user-zu6dj2pt5h 🙏🏻🙏🏻🌿
This felt like watching a documentary 👀🫶
Thank you so much!
I love a blackwater tank. I've been adding crushed leaves in a media bag to stain my water.
It can be usefully too, if you don’t want to leaves in your view 👍
Its an extremely natural look and mimics real conditions alot of fish could be found in. Of course we always have to research and be ready for anything to happen overnight, as things do in especially lower volume aquariums.
@JTCT371 Thank you so much 🙏🏻
@@peaceofnaturee love what you created, it is beautiful!
@JTCT371 You made me happy, thank you very much ❤️🍀🌿
I thought the nerite snails need harder water for their shells to stay strong
🐟🌱
🙏🏻🙏🏻
Do you remove the leafs eventually or you let them decompose fully?
I don’t remove them. It’s taking so long time to decompose.
What camera do u record underwater shots with?
My phone camera, Iphone 14
What are the dimensions of this tank? Very nice 👍🏽
Thank you so much! 200 x 55 x 60h ( cm )
won't the shrimp have molting problem bcoz of the ph of the water??
Neocaridina shrimps are good with black water.
I have a question, maybe someone can help me here- i recently put some wood into my Aquarium to get Tannins into my Tank and make the water a bit darker (also cuz they looked really cool) but then the water got wayyy darker than i wanted it to be- i can barely see through it anymore- i did a few water changes but it just keeps going back to that really dark colour- any Tips to make the water brighter again..?
If you want lighter water color, you should keep changing your water or remove this wood.
Keep changing water and after some time it will start to clear out. Just be patient, there is a finite amount of tannins in that wood
What's funny is that I have a system similar to this (Father Fish method) with my 10 gallon long & it's up in the 8.0 range for alkalinity despite the use of botanicals.
It turns out that it's the Seiryu stone that's making it alkaline. ^^
The rest of the parameters are perfect despite diatoms everywhere & my shrimp are in heaven. ❤
Amazing! Congratulations. 🎉
Ok moment of truth: is that your real voice or a generated voice as has been suggested in a previous video of yours?
It’s not my real voice. I’m using app for it.
@@peaceofnaturee ok thanks for being honest. I feel as though you should have said something earlier, as I made multiple comments prior that highlighted how good your voice sounded. I feel naive that I did not know or was told this until now. In the first video I watched of you setting up the dirted tank I saw the tattoos on your wrist, the Harley Davidson wall art and your jumper and I thought you perhaps were into rock music and could have recorded your voice in a recording studio. You make great content but how wrong was I..
@@EVP22 Oh sorry about it. I told people on comments, it’s not my real voice. It wasn’t secret. But probably I miss a lot of comments that I could tell more about this voice.
Yes I’m s biker 🤘🏼
@@peaceofnaturee all good mate, no harm done. I'll just remember from now on. Still happy to continue watching your channel. Maybe one day you could use your own voice. It was be more authentic to your fans and viewers.
Good day mate! ✌️
@EVP22 Thank you!
can I turn my monster freshwater aquarium into black water aquarium there are fish like arowona , oscar, bichir , sharks, veija ? is it safe ?
Yes you can do it for these kind of fish!
Seems like a script is being read by a computer.
Yes, it’s not my real voice.
id rather a real voice. AI voices are unlistenably annoying and devalues everything else in the video@@peaceofnaturee
(I also wanted to add (a bit late haha), no hate for your video at all and that's a beautiful tank.)
@@yossarian00 Thank you so much! 🫶🏻🍃
any issue with it?
make sure the dried botanicals were not sprayed
Yes it’s good point 🙏🏻
how these plants can grow without soil?
They feed from water.
Oh yeah... Show this piece of nature 6 months later and cleaning routine. 😂
New video will come soon! 😂
the best part is not the aquarium, but the voice !! 😅
How many gallons is this tank?
Around 20 gallons.
@@peaceofnaturee thanks! Love your videos, very relaxing and entertaining.
@kurokochi845 Thank you so much. 🌱🌱 New video is coming very soon 👏
Anubias on tetras black water 😅
It’s not a biotope.
14:00 plant name?
So, isn't this technically speaking a riparium?
Yes exactly we can call this riparium
Did u get babies
Hayır malesef
Nerite snails based on my experience hate blackwater
Really? They looks good in my black water aquariums. I will search about it extra.
@@peaceofnaturee their shells peeled off
@jhondavealicante6542 I will keep my eyes on them. Thank you for letting me know 👏
The tank is great, good advice not to boil leaves or wood.
Neons/Cardinals the right choice for dark water.
Nerite snails are brackish water creatures I think, so soft water with a lot of acidity isn't sustainable.
The cherry shrimp will love it, they love the biofilm on leaves.@@peaceofnaturee
@williammcdowell6257 Thank you! I made mistake for Nerite Snails and I remove them from this tank 🙌🏻
