It's a song that strikes deep, I know it hit me in the same way. He's lived a life in his 20s that many will never relate to or have the opportunity to experience yet everything he has to say resonates so universally. He's genuinely a very very special person. If I can make one recommendation per your decision on tiny desk (and I know everyone enjoys music in their own way), Namjoon mentioned he hoped fans could listen through the album as is, in order, for the full experience. As a longtime army, it's one of my most memorable full album sit throughs I've ever experienced. I'm sure you're eager to get to tiny desk, I just wanted to offer my experienceThe beginning of the video and when youjeen sings the hook reminds me of RM and Jimin on American Hustle Life watching the fireworks and being in amazement of them. It brings a warm and fuzzy feeling to me. I love this album and it has a really good vibe where you can listen and reflect on your own life or just chill and enjoy the eclectic group of songs on the album. EDIT: . I've been on the verge with this song, and it takes a lot for a song to hit me that way. Youjeen is such a lovely layer to this beautifully produced song, she is a Korean rock singer her band is Cherry Filter she reminds me of alanis morissette. Such a beautifully song lyrics to sound to visuals just stunning!

I was told in Korean fireworks is fire flowers.
The falling fireworks is a traditional Korean fireworks called Nakhwa Nori (I feel as if I now now more about Korean stuff than my own cultural heritage thanks to BTS and RM).
A nakhwa nori team had to be brought to Seoul to film that.
I don't think the concert scene is real.
RM said BTS is like the fireworks in the beginning.
He wants to be more like a wildflower.

Joon is a very poetic person with nature loving. The message he is sending through his songs are so powerful and effective.
I was crying the whole time watching it! It's like he's baring his soul for all of us to see, all of his insecurities, his fear, his questioning of not only his success...but of who he is, and where his life is taking him. It's beautiful, profound, and heartbreaking 🥹. Namjoon is absolutely right, sometimes we don't need fireworks. Sometimes we need to be grounded in the quiet beauty and wonder of living our day to day lives in the way which makes us feel fulfilled. I hope Namjoon can find happiness, he's a beautiful person inside and out and nobody deserves it more. He's helped millions of us love ourselves, and he deserves nothing less than our love and support no matter what direction his life takes him. 💜

You can actually watch the "behind the scenes" filming of this MV where RM insists that he does NOT want the fireworks to be CGI (in the scenes when he's standing in the water below them). These are special Korean fireworks, and they show how they suspend them above the water and light them from a punt they stand in as they float underneath. Fascinating! They actually have a festival where they use this type of fireworks over water.

It's very emotional and deep, I find myself in his story, we got a wonderful clip, a transcendental experience and I will continue listening to this song for a long time. In fact, all songs I love very much are with me since my youth and into my 20s, until now. I cried also the first I listened and read the lyrics. Then went to WeVerse to message RM to compliment the song and say how ever he wants to continue or not continue I support. I know this is covering his 20s and may be referring to earlier times, but I felt like maybe he wants to go back to being Namjoon.
Props to both RM and YouJeen (such a interesting and lovely voice, she woudl mix well with Jimin also) for such a great song. I listened for the first time with earbuds during this and caught a lot that I hadn't noticed without them.
Love love love Youjeens voice. Heard a some time ago on Masked Singer because of her duet with Park Kiyoung and was stunned by her voice. Her solo stage there was great as well! ♥ She's a rock legend and leader of the Band Cherry Filter by the way. In the industry for ages!
