They messed up the aim response curves not the aim assist. The rate of acceleration when moving the right stick is changing mid gun fights for some people. This is being confused with aim assist. But in reality they broke dynamic
If anyone is using an xbox controller, I found running “bumper jumper” is a bit more comfortable (for people with bigger hands/longer fingers) when you change the jump to RT or RB rather than LT. Hope this helps 🤙🏼
I tend to have my vertical set lower than my horizontal. By as much as half in some instances, although it fluctuates over time. 4/4 and 6/6 are my base settings and then I drop the vertical down enough to keep myself from spazzing up/down during gunfights. I do set my deadzones as low as possible tho. Especially on my triggers.
I've been curious lately. When you use Visible Laser's on your Loadouts, do you sometimes have instances where People are prepared for you after rounding the Corner while Pre-aiming? I've been self-debating with myself about that lately.
definitely haha! That's why I always suggest the other lasers on my builds in case you want to switch it up! You just gotta play smarter from time to time when rocking the OLE V or the 7MW cause those lights could def get you bodied. I'll still get bodied myself every so often cause I miscalculate a play but that's just the nature of the game!
There is really no reason to use the visible ones if you want them for ads speed or something like that because the difference is negligible ,so you are better off just putting the non visible on
Dude seriously where have you been ? They made this change months ago like probably season 3 and I all but stopped using the Sprint to fire ADS laser on any weapon except for akimbo pistols and even with that I have to constantly sprint an look at a wall to prevent people from seeing my laser. It made me so angry because previously that was my for all my guns but it only took me one day to realize any time I came around the corner someone was waiting for me with them after the change. It went from being one of the best attachments to one of the worst with such a simple change. This game really just has a problem with anyone moving, all the attachments crippled speed, and this was one of the only ones that helped mitigate that, then they go and make it a bright green neon sign saying "here I am guys ready or not here I come"

There is a “energy song” that keeps playing on repeat, every time on launch the game on Steam. I’ve watched a couple videos for audio settings, nothing has worked and it’s so annoying. It even plays while I’m playing a match. Anybody knows how to fix this? (I play on PC)
My KD has gone up since the changes. Couldn't put my finger on it tbh. My KD was 2.28 before the update! It's 2.35 this week so whatever they did I'm liking it.
Maybe you can explain to me something that has been bothering me for quite some time with aim assist. I will be locking in on an opponent and many (many) times, its as if my aim assist is pulling me away from the player, not closer to him. I lose so many 1v1 gun fights that i had the drop on due to my gun not wanting to hit the target, but pulling away from them. Thanks and keep up the great videos. Currently 0.94 K/D

I noticed your fps go down from 144 to 120 sometimes even less don't you notice a huge stutter when this happens? I have a 4070 ti and everything on low at 1440p gives me around 170-180fps but sometimes it goes as low as 140 and i notice huge stutters when this happens i get way more fps than you but my game feels like ass 🤔
the game is not properly optimized, so turn on dlss on balanced and you should get more. if you have a 144hz monitor then you already know to make sure you stay above 144fps

Why do they keep f****** with aim assist. I have never heard of a Call of duty changing its aim assist and this one has done it multiple times. Not to mention they don't even tell us. I have been getting pooped on since season 5 came out and now I know why.
I always felt like something was off when S5 dropped but couldn’t figure out what it was. But now it makes sense. I have a 7.25kd and haven’t updated my settings in awhile. I’ll adjust them next time I’m on good video tho🙏🙏🙏

The aim feels so weird it’s jerky when your drag gets right to the enemy and the micro adjustments seem twitchy-this is on pc w/controller

Did they change the Dead effect with Season 5 update? The lovepotion dead effect of crossbow only work with headshot.

I dont have any aim asist at all in any game mode it just doesnt work anymore not just the firing range.
I play claw i use the bumpers to aim and shoot and the back ones r throwing knife and stim its so gd trust me

I believe you have to turn “Cinematic volume” to zero most likely in the sound/audio settings! Let me know if this did the trick
